Feature 3.

The number of passengers in Tokyo metropolitan is drastically greater than in the other cities and counts 1928 million passengers yearly. However, metro in Kyoto is not as much busy as in the presented cities and serves only 45 million passengers per year

Feature 1.

There is a significant difference between the opened dates of metro stations in London and in Los Angeles. If the railway system in London started working in the 19th century, the one in Los Angeles did in the 21st century. The dates illustrate a great difference of more than 100 years period time. Regarding the three other cities, Kyoto underground, which was build in 1981, is the newest compared to the stations in Washington DC, Paris and Tokyo.

Feature 2.

In the case of the route length, London is also the most extensive with 394 kilometers of route, whereas Kyoto has only 11 kilometers of route. The distance of route in Los Angeles is significnatly lower (28km) than in Washington, Paris and Tokyo.
